All Season Auto & Tire

Excellent locally owned company. Great, knowledgeable, friendly team. They get customer service with a smile. My experience: Got a flat at an annual family/friend 4th of July picnic on the 5th of July. Showed up with low tire pressure Monday morning, July 6th. Got to All Season 15 minutes before they opened, and I was allowed in by Nicolette. Bob checked tire pressure. Found the left rear driver's side tire lower than it should be. Did further checking and found a nail in the rim of the tire. Because it could not be repaired, installed the spare tire from the trunk. Drove off with the spare on. Ordered a new tire that morning. Was delivered as promised early afternoon July 7th. Got there at 3:15 pm, everything changed out, took my old tire for tarp coverage. Will return after 50 miles for re-torquing. I am doing the happy dance! Thank YOU, All Season Auto & Tire team! You're fabulous!

Been going to All Season Tire now for many years, and have had many car, truck, and trailer tires installed. They've always done a great job, and I've had great luck with my tire balance. Pro tip: Balance your trailer tires too, your trailer and content will thank you for it. Thanks to the team for their continued good work.

I recently moved to Eau Claire and found this shop and I am so glad I did. They did amazing and were so kind and helpful when fixing when bearings/cv axle and tire rods on my Jeep. They had my vehicle for a few days but they offered me a loner without me even asking and for that I was so grateful! I will be coming back and I highly recommend this shop!

Needed my tires mounted and installed. I made my appointment 5 days in advance. Arrived was told it would take an hour to do the work that time came and passed other people arrived and their oil change and lawn mower tire was placed ahead of my already in process service. That was unprofessional and not conductive of a first time client. I will not be returning, first impressions are how you will win business and I will drive an hour back to my mechanic shop to get my needs met from here on out. Spending an hour and half at their establishment for a service that should have taken 1 hour to complete with the excuse of they had workers call out that is not my problem. As a customer whom scheduled the service and arrived on time! I had to ask a friend to help take my kid to their appointment due to this unexpected time delay had my service not been delayed by other services that arrived after me I would have been able to take my child to their appointment. Workers are professional in the customer service desk just need better time management and keeping the paying customer informed. In the future call your appointments and move them around if short staffed.

EDIT 2/4/2026: After a few phone conversations with Mike, ASA&T offered ~$150 in store credit, calculated based on the cost of parts and labor for the replacement of 3 wheel studs. The quantity listed in my original comment was incorrect - I had 3 studs replaced in one shop visit, and another stud replaced in early December. I did not request compensation for the December visit as I no longer had an invoice for the service. For transparency, the parts and labor to replace the 3 studs at a different shop was ~$300 (this includes labor for a battery replacement, which should be negligible but must still be accounted for). I've revised my rating to reflect this interaction and the effort they put in to try to make things right. 4/5 stars for their effort and compensation, but not 5 because I'm slightly disappointed the store credit is less than what I actually paid at a different shop. Leaving my original review unedited for posterity, with this update as an addendum and clarification. Purchased a new set of tires and had them installed here. Was initially pleased with their service and pricing, then was informed by a trusted local mechanic that 11 out of 20 wheel studs had been cros
